• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• All funnels, websites, automations, and other assets built using our Services are considered part of our proprietary system and intellectual property.
• While you may use these assets during your active subscription, they may not be copied, exported, or transferred in whole or in part upon cancellation or termination of your account.
We respect your data rights. Should you choose to cancel your subscription:
• You have the right to export and retain all your data (e.g., contacts, leads, analytics, and other user-generated data).
• However, you do not have the right to export or reuse the built assets such as funnels, websites, or automation logic created within our platform, as these are part of our proprietary service infrastructure.
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of our platform.
• Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach any of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by email or via the platform. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
